My poem Missing
This for all the kids starved of the light
Not given a chance to fight for justice
To see the devil in the corner
To know he’s captured
To feel enraptured
By the divine
To feel the bliss
Of a cosmic kiss
With the great spirit
Yeah let’s start this journey
To find the truth
Beneath the cracks
Call the carpenter
We need some sharp skills
To prevent kills
To learn how to write the wills
Of freedom and the justice
I kneel down to pray
I hope for a better day
Pain in my feet
Meridians feeling weak
I hit the dirt street
Blood in the red sand
Reminds me of tribes who died
Worshipping the land
Who the pandemic pulls down
The curtain is drawn
No more power given to evil
There’s blood on street
It’s everywhere
Not enough people care
People just stare
As genocide hits aged care
Dedication is rare
So I just glare
At the pointless purchases
Preventable deaths
Lighting up the furnace
Of the mortuaries
Where’s the blueberries
Need some chelation therapy
Thank you medical medium
